Graduate Student Poster Presentation Proposal – Application

Graduate Student Poster Presentation Proposals

The Washington Counseling Association is pleased to announce the call for poster presentation proposals for its annual conference to be held on October 7th and 8th at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton in Downtown Spokane.

This years theme is a continuation of the 2014 theme: “Brighter Light, Clearer Direction” and we hope to bring a wide variety of insightful presentations from all areas and specialties of the field.

The WCA board welcomes graduate students to present on topics in the areas of mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, clinical mental health, child and adolescent counseling, counselor education and supervision, chemical dependency, law & ethics, suicide assessment training and school counseling and other related topics.

If you feel you have a topic from which others may learn, we encourage you to submit your ideas and help strengthen our field through collaboration of ideas and insight.

We ask that poster proposals be submitted no later than September 15th 2016 at 11:59pm. You must submit your proposal through our online application. No paper proposals will be accepted. Also, incomplete proposals (all fields addressed) will not be reviewed.
